Departments and Academic Programmes

The Faculty of Media and Communications is a modern school of critical thinking in the domains of social studies and the arts, where we seek to combine theory and practice in order to cultivate personal creativity, using education to help individuals to take an active part in the shaping of society.

We encourage students in our Digital Marketing, Media and Communication programmes to engage in critical thinking concerning the world that surrounds them; in our programmes in Psychology, we explore the processes that shape one’s personality, while at our Department of Social Work we learn how to preserve the fundamental values of our communities. In our studies of Digital Arts, through images, forms, and sounds, we generate a clearer picture of the world we would like to inhabit, whose past we explore, whilst shaping the present and the future by disseminating new ideas in our studies of Politics and the Humanities.
